On August 25, 1998, United Water Idaho, Inc. filed the attached revised Schedule 1C North State Area.   Order No. 27125 in the above-designated case authorized United Water Idaho to file Phase 2 rates effective September 5, 1997 and to subsequently file Phases 3 and 4 by tariff advice.
United Water now files Phase 3 by way of revised Schedule 1C North State Area. Randy Lobb, Staff engineering supervisor has reviewed the tariff and he indicates it is in compliance with said order.
Therefore, Revised Schedule 1C North State Area of United Water Idaho, Inc. is hereby approved this date; to be effective September 5, 1998 as requested by the company and authorized by ON 27125.
