NOTICE OF HEARING

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a public comment hearing in this proceeding for the purpose of soliciting input from members of the general public regarding the Joint Application for approval of the merger of PacifiCorp and Scottish Power. The first public hearing will be conducted TUESDAY, JULY 27, 1999, COMMENCING AT 7:00 P.M. AT THE VFW HALL IN REXBURG, IDAHO, 496 WEST SECOND NORTH.
The second public comment hearing will be conducted on WEDNESDAY, JULY 28, 1999, COMMENCING AT 7:00 P.M. AT THE CAVANAUGH HOTEL IN POCATELLO, IDAHO, 1555 POCATELLO CREEK ROAD.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings and prehearing conferences in this matter will be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. In order to participate, understand testimony and argument at a public hearing, persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance as required under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
