NOTICE OF HEARING

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on February 24, 1999, the Commission issued a Notice of Hearing in this case scheduling a technical hearing in Pocatello commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 13, 1999, a public comment hearing in Pocatello commencing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 13, 1999, and a public comment hearing in Rexburg commencing at 7:00 p.m. on July 14, 1999. The Commission has chosen to vacate the foregoing hearings and reschedule this matter as follows.
First, the Commission will conduct a technical hearing in this matter commencing at 9:30 A.M., TUESDAY, JULY 13, 1999, AT THE OFFICES OF THE IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION, 472 WEST WASHINGTON STREET, BOISE, IDAHO and continuing if necessary on Wednesday, July 14, 1999 and Thursday, July 15, 1999, at the same location.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct hearings in Case No. PAC-E-99-1 for the purpose of taking public comment and testimony in Rexburg and Pocatello, Idaho. The date, location and time of those hearings will be determined later and set forth in a separate notice.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings and prehearing conferences in this matter will be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. In order to participate, understand testimony and argument at a public hearing,

persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance as required under the Americans with Disabilities Act. The request for assistance must be received at least five (5) working days before the hearing by contacting the Commission Secretary at:
