YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that based upon the input received by this Commission during the course of the public hearings it conducted in this case in Rexburg and Pocatello, Idaho on July 27 and 28, 1999, the Commission has decided to conduct additional hearings for the purpose of receiving comments from members of the public regarding the proposed merger of PacifiCorp and ScottishPower. The first hearing will be conducted in Grace, Idaho commencing at 12:00 P.M. ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 31, 1999, AT THE GEM VALLEY PERFORMING ARTS CENTER NEXT TO THE HIGH SCHOOL, 704 SOUTH MAIN STREET, GRACE, IDAHO. The second hearing will be conducted in Preston, Idaho commencing at 7:00 P.M. ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 31, 1999, AT THE ROBINSON BUILDING, 289 WEST 1ST NORTH, PRESTON, IDAHO.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that as a result of these additional public hearings, the Commission has decided to extend the deadline previously set for the submission of written briefs in this proceeding from August 13, 1999, to September 10, 1999.

O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the August 13, 1999, deadline for submitting written briefs in this matter is hereby extended to September 10, 1999.
THIS IS AN INTERLOCUTORY ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may file a petition for review within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order. A petition to review may request that the Commission: (1) rescind, clarify, alter, amend; (2) stay; or (3) finalize this Interlocutory Order. After any person has petitioned for review, any other person may file a cross-petition within seven (7) days. See Rules 321, 322, 323.04, 324, 325 (IDAPA 31.01.01.321 –325.)
