IPUC Case No. GTE-T-93-1
On May 21, 1993, the above-designated case was opened - it was titled IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION FOR EAS BETWEEN GTE NORTHWEST INCORPORATED’S ST. MARIES AND PLUMMER EXCHANGE.
On November 30, 1995, GTE filed an application to extend Local Calling Plan (LCP) Service to its telephone exchanges in northern Idaho. (Case No. GTE-T-95-3).    Order No. 26330 issued on February 22, 1996 approved GTE’s LCP and that case was closed. Also included in that case were Calling Plans for the St. Maries and Plummer Exchanges. Therefore, Case No. GTE-T-93-1 can now be closed.
By this Minute Entry, we hereby close Case No. GTE-T-93-1.
