Also attached is a Memorandum from Keith Hessing, staff engineer, in which he indicates that the Tenth Revised Schedule 66 correctly reflects the expiration of the rebate and is in compliance with Order No. 27177 in Case No. WWP-E-97-6. After review of the filing and the Memorandum from staff, said Tenth Revised Schedule 66 is hereby approved the date of this Minute Entry; effective September 1, 1998, as requested by the Company.
