My name is Jennifer and I am an Idaho resident.PacifiCorp should be held responsible for all
damages in cases where it is found negligent or at fault for a wildfire.This request is simply a
way for major corporations to withhold spending any money to take responsibility for the
outcomes of their actions.Please do not limit the scope of their liability in lawsuits brought
against the company due to wildfires caused by the utility's operations.
PacifiCorp's liability limitation request should be denied by the Commission.Rather than taking
concrete actions to reduce its emissions,which are contributing to massive wildfires across the
west,PacifiCorp prefers to shield itself from responsibility
