Comment: "Rocky Mountain Power (RMP) applica�on should be denied. To allege it has no responsibility
to third par�es' (private party electric customers) to compensate those third proper�es beyond property
loses because of RMP is withfailing to maintain its electrical infrastructure is absurd.
RMP should be Ordered by the PUC to establish a Public Safety Power Shutoff(PSPS). I have a property
and with residence with in an area Idaho Power (IPCo) designated as a PSPS. IPCo con�nues to improve
service equipment and reliability through vegeta�on management. I again urge the PUC to Order RMP to
implement a similar PSPS in their service area. Receiving such an Order, RMC likely will discover its
insurance premiums will decrease."
