PAC-E-23-17 On June 29, 2023, Rocky Mountain Power, a division of PacifiCorp, (“Rocky Mountain Power” or “Company”) applied to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (“Commission”) requesting the Commission complete the study review phase of the costs and benefits for on-site customer generation. Application at 1. Commission Order No. 34753 defined the scope of the Company’s study. Id. at 6. The Company attached its on-site generation study (“Study”) and requested a timeline for intervention, public review and comment, as well as a finding that the Study’s scope satisfied Order No. 34753. Id. at 1. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application and a Notice of Intervention Deadline establishing a 21-day intervention deadline.
