FOR APPROVAL OF THE ASSET TRANSFER AGREEMENT
BETWEEN ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER AND THE CITY OF IDAHO
FALLS – PIONEER ROAD; CASE NO. PAC-E-23-15.
On June 2, 2023, Rocky Mountain Power, a division of PacifiCorp (“Company”), and the
City of Idaho Falls (“City”) (together the “Parties”) applied to the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission (“Commission”) for approval of an Asset Transfer Agreement between the Company

18, 2023, Party reply deadline, and a telephonic public hearing scheduled before the Commission
deliberates.

and Notice of Telephonic Public Hearing with a July 11, 2023, public comment deadline, a July
18, 2023, Party reply deadline, and a telephonic public hearing before the Commission deliberates?
