Gem State Utilities Advice 98-7
The attached memorandum from Birdelle Brown to Myrna Walters explains the tariff advice listed above. The purpose of this advice is to put the new company name - CenturyTel of the Gem State, Inc. on Gem State’s local exchange tariffs. Gem State made the filing on June 5, requesting an effective date of July 9, l998.
As set out in the memorandum, staff has now reviewed the tariff to ensure that there are no changes to text or rates, terms and conditions. Staff, finding none, recommends approval of the tariff advice with an effective date of July 9, 1998 as requested by the company.
Therefore, said tariffs are approved this date, effective July 9, 1998.
