U S WEST ADVICE 98-04-S
On June 25, 1998, U S West requested to withdraw this tariff advice in response to Order No. 27578 which postponed implementation of the EAS routes set out in said tariff advice pending the outcome of Case No. CTC-T-98-3.
Birdelle Brown’s attached Memorandum further explains the matter and in it she recommends approval of the request to withdraw the filing and also recommends it be done by Minute Entry since the filing was made in response to a Commission Order (O N 27578).
Therefore withdrawal of Tariff Advice 98-04-S of U S West is hereby granted.
