Comment: "1. Ratepayers should not have to fund the transi�on to renewal energy. It should be cheap enough to
support its own conversion and transi�on. 2. Time of Day is ge�ng very complicated. Doing away with holidays and
weekends being off-peak is a significant burden and change to the consumer. You need to keep weekends and holidays.
3. Anyway this is calculated, the bill goes up. What are we ge�ng for the increased costs? 4. The new rate structure
needs to be explained beter and its overall impact to the consumer. "
