Comment: "I do not believe this would save anyone any money in the long run. I really think the power company has their own interests in mind with the increase in residential rates that
will never ever go down but will wind up costing Idahoans a large sum of money every year for five years. Our rates are already a lot higher than other power companies that I am familiar
with. I am against this wolf in sheep's clothing power grab. They would not ask for this if it was not going to make them more in the long run."
