Comment: "I am writing to oppose the proposed change in rate structure by Rocky Mountain Power. The proposal would lower power bills for this who consume more electricity and
penalize those who are more energy conscious. The letter stated that an increase would only be$4 at most, but I ran figures for just one month and it would increase my bill by$10/month in
the fifth year. We should not be encouraging more energy usage in this manner, but incentivizing conservation. This proposal does just the opposite. Please reject this proposal.
