ORDER NO. 35679
On October 20, 2022, PacifiCorp d/b/a Rocky Mountain Power (“Company”), applied to
the Commission requesting authorization to implement a residential rate modernization plan over
a five-year transition period (“Residential Rate Modernization Plan”). Application at 1.
On November 30, 2022, the Commission issued a Notice of Application, Notice of
Suspension of Proposed Effective Date, and Notice of Intervention Deadline. Order No. 35615.
Clean Energy Opportunities for Idaho (“CEO”); The Idaho Conservation League (“ICL”);
and the NW Energy Coalition (“NWEC”) intervened. Order Nos. 35634 and 35655.
Order No. 35615 directed Commission Staff (“Staff”) to confer with the parties concerning
scheduling after the intervention deadline passed. After conferring with the Parties, Staff proposed
several scheduling dates to the Commission at its January 17, 2023, decision meeting. With this
Order, the Commission approves the following schedule.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that, based on discussion and agreement between the
Parties, the Commission approves the following procedural schedule:
• March 14, 2023 – Public Workshop
• April 11, 2023 – Public Comment Deadline
• April 18, 2023 – Customer Hearing
• April 25, 2023 – Company Reply Deadline

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that Staff will hold a public, informational workshop
at the Eagle Rock Middle School Auditorium, 2020 Pancheri Drive, Idaho Fall, ID 83402, on
TUESDAY, MARCH 14, 2023, starting at 6:00 p.m. local time and ending at 9:00 p.m. local
time, or after all customer questions have been answered, whichever comes first. The purpose
of the workshop is to provide the public with an overview of the Company’s Application. At the
start of the workshop, Staff will give a presentation on the Application. Following the presentation,
the public may ask Staff questions about the Application. To participate over the phone, please
call 1-415-655-0001 and enter meeting number 24576907571 when prompted. To participate
online, please visit idahogov.webex.com, and enter meeting number 24576907571. At the next

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that persons desiring to state a position on this
Application may file a written comment explaining why they support or oppose the Application.
Persons shall have until April 11, 2023, to file written comments. Comments must be filed
through the Commission’s website or by e-mail unless computer access is unavailable. To
comment electronically, please access the Commission’s website at www.puc.idaho.gov. Click the
“Case Comment Form” and complete the form using the case number as it appears on the front of
this document. To file by e-mail, the customer must e-mail the comments to the Commission

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Company must file any reply comments by
April 25, 2023.
NOTICE OF CUSTOMER HEARING
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a customer hearing
at the Skyline Activity Center at 1575 North Skyline Drive, Idaho Falls, ID 83402, on TUESDAY,
APRIL 18, 2023, starting at 6:00 p.m. local time and ending at 9:00 p.m. local time, or after
all customers have testified, whichever comes first. The purpose of this hearing is to take
testimony from members of the public and customers of the Company.
Those interested in submitting testimony for the record are required to attend in-person,
and are encouraged to join the hearing at 5:30 PM local time. Those interested in listening only
and not submitting testimony can call 1-415-655-0001 and enter meeting number 24642604164.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all testimony and exhibits in this matter must
comport with the requirements of Commission Rules of Procedure 231 and 267. IDAPA
31.01.01.231 and .267.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Staff shall conduct a public, informational workshop
