Case No. IPC-E-98-5; PCA Tariffs
On May 13, 1998, Idaho Power Company filed the attached tariffs in accordance with Commission Order No. 27516 in Case No. IPC-E-98-5.
Staff engineer Keith Hessing has reviewed said tariffs and his memo attached indicates that they meet the requirements of Order No. 27516 and he recommends Commission approval.
Therefore, the Commission hereby approves said tariffs this date (5-14-98) to be effective May 16, 1998.
