SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER’S ANNUAL
TRANSMISSION REPORT AND AUTHORITY TO TERMINATE
FUTURE REPORTS; CASE NO. PAC-E-21-21.

On November 23, 2021, PacifiCorp, d/b/a Rocky Mountain Power (“the Company”)
filed an application with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (“Commission”) for authority to
terminate the annual reporting requirement implemented in Commission Order No. 33313. Order
33313 recognized that the annual transmission report was transaction specific; therefore, it would
not be required indefinitely.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the case be processed through Modified Procedure, with a
Staff and interested persons comment deadline of January 18, 2022, and a Company reply
deadline of January 25, 2022.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to issue a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified
Procedure with a Staff and interested persons comment deadline of January 18, 2022, and a
Company-reply deadline of January 25, 2022?
