VALLEY VIEW SUBDIVISION INC., CASE NO. GNR-W-96-1
On February 10, 1998 by Order No. 27328, Valley View Subdivision Inc. was granted a certificate of public convenience and necessity and was ordered to file tariffs setting out rates and charges approved by said order.
On March 26, 1998, said water company submitted tariffs and staff has worked with company to get those tariffs correctly filed, as set out in the Memo from Rick Sterling attached hereto.
The attached tariffs and rules and regulations are now correctly filed and Rick recommends approval.
Therefore, Valley View Subdivision’s tariffs are hereby approved and effective this date.
