PAC-E-21-07. On May 27, 2021, PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power (“Company”) applied to the Commission requesting authority to increase its Idaho jurisdictional revenue requirement by $19.0 million, or approximately 7.0 percent. The Company requests a July 1, 2021, effective date. Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho (“CAPAI”), Idaho Conservation League (“ICL”), and others intervened in the case. See Order Nos. 35106 and 35112. On October 4, 2021, CAPAI filed a motion for withdrawal pursuant to Commission Rule 45, IDAPA 31.01.01.045. CAPAI cited the recent replacement of its Executive Director as a reason for its requested withdrawal. On October 12, 2021, ICL filed a notice of withdrawal stating that it took “no position on the issues and any outcomes in [the] case.” ICL withdrew due to its capacity to adequately engage in the case. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends the Commission grant ICL and CAPAI’s withdrawal from this case. Additionally, Staff recommends the Commission direct the Commission Secretary to issue a Second Amended Notice of Parties to memorialize ICL and CAPAI’s withdrawal from this case.
