The Parties will attempt to reach a settlement regarding Rocky Mountain Power’s proposal to increase rates and charges for electric service in Idaho. Per Rule 272, any settlement negotiations will be confidential unless the parties to the negotiation agree to the contrary. If successful, the Parties will submit a Proposed Settlement to the Commission.  The initial settlement negotiation is scheduled to take place Monday September 13, 2021, from 10am to 3pm.
