Re: Case No. PAC-E-21-07 (IN THE MATTER OF ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER’S APPLICATION FOR AUTHORITY TO INCREASE ITS RATES AND CHARGES IN IDAHO AND APPROVAL OF PROPOSED ELECTRIC SERVICE SCHEDULES AND REGULATIONS)
Parties of Record and Commission Secretary,

Per Idaho Public Utilities Commission Rule of Procedure 272 (IDAPA 31.01.01.272), Commission Staff notifies you that it will begin settlement negotiations with Pacificorp dba Rocky Mountain Power and the Parties of record in Case No. PAC-E-21-07. The Parties will attempt to reach a settlement regarding Rocky Mountain Power’s proposal to increase rates and charges for electric service in Idaho. Per Rule 272, any settlement negotiations will be confidential unless the parties to the negotiation agree to the contrary. If successful, the Parties will submit a Proposed Settlement to the Commission. 
The initial settlement negotiation is scheduled to take place Monday September 13, 2021, from 10am to 3pm.
