Comment: "The subject rate filing should be either denied or greatly modified.Residential customers
are shouldering the majority of the costs of a reduction of the costs of Public Street Lighting.
This is unfair.Why is this cost being reorganized? This proposal suggests pressure from a
special-interest group that will result in double taxation for residents. We are already being
taxed for public lighting by the local government, which will not be reduced if this filing goes
through. "
