Comment: "I am completely against the raise in rates by rocky mountain power. There hasbeen no change in their cost and the only thing this is for is to paying for climate change solar
and wind power and they are not hardly used here so should be no affect. There is no need togo to solar or wind power here or nationally as natural gas is a better and cheaper option.
Please vote no on this increase."
