AMENDED NOTICE OF
CUSTOMER HEARING
ORDER NO. 35199
On May 27, 2021, PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power (“Company”) applied to the
Commission requesting authority to increase its Idaho jurisdictional revenue requirement by $19.0
million, or approximately 7.0 percent.
On June 17, 2021, the Commission issued a Notice of Application, a suspension of the
proposed effective date, and a Notice of Intervention Deadline. Order No. 35079.
On August 24, 2021, the Commission issued a Notice of Scheduling, Notice of Public
Workshop, Notice of Customer Hearing, and Notice of Technical Hearing. Order No. 35144. Order
No. 35144 established that a customer hearing would take place at 6:00 PM on November 15, 2021
and included call-in information for customers who wished to participate.
After Order No. 35144 was issued, the Commission implemented what it believes will
be a more efficient process for conducting customer hearings. With this Order, the Commission
amends the prior Notice of Customer Hearing with new call-in instructions in order to utilize the
more efficient process for this case.
AMENDED NOTICE OF CUSTOMER HEARING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a telephonic
customer hearing in this matter on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2021, AT 6:00 PM (Mountain
Time). The purpose of the public hearing is to take testimony from members of the public and
customers of the Company.
For those who wish to call in and listen only dial 1-800-920-7487 then enter
participant code 9877 951#.
For those who wish to offer verbal testimony on the record dial 1-800-920-7487 then
enter participant code 6674 832#.
Those planning on testifying are encouraged to join the hearing at 5:50 PM (Mountain Time).

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that depending on the attendance and public
interest, the Commission may impose a five (5) minute cap on individual’s testimony to ensure
that all interested persons have an opportunity to present their positions on the record.
Additionally, interested persons who have lengthy testimony are encouraged to file their full
testimony—or the portion exceeding the time allotted—in accordance with the public comment
instructions.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that persons desiring to state a position on the
Company’s Application may also file a written comment explaining why the person supports or
opposes the Application. Comments must be filed through the Commission’s website or by e-
mail unless computer access is unavailable. To comment electronically, please access the
Commission’s home page at www.puc.idaho.gov. Click the “Case Comment Form” and complete
the form using the case number as it appears on the front of this document. To file by e-mail, the
customer must e-mail their comments to the Commission Secretary and the Company at the e-mail

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that on Monday, November 15, 2021 at 6:00 PM
(Mountain Time) the Commission will hold a telephonic customer hearing. For those who wish to

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that parties should continue to comply with Order No.
35058, issued June 3, 2021. All pleadings should be filed with the Commission electronically and
shall be deemed timely filed when received by the Commission Secretary. See Rule 14.02. Service
between parties should also be accomplished electronically. Voluminous discovery-related
documents may be filed and served on CD-ROM or a USB flash drive.
