On March 9, 1998, the above-named carrier requested temporary motor common/contract carrier authority to transport general commodities within the State of Idaho.
Since the March 11, 1998 Decision Meeting, the carrier has met all requirements to be granted a temporary permit and since the next Commission Decision Meeting is March 23, 1998, the Regulated Carrier Division has asked that this temporary permit be granted by Minute Entry.
Therefore, temporary authority will be granted by Order No. 27417 which will be signed concurrently with this Minute Entry.
