SUBJECT: ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER’S APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OR
REJECTION OF AN ENERGY SALES AGREEMENT WITH SUNNY
BAR RANCH; CASE NO. PAC-E-20-17.
On January 8, 2021, Rocky Mountain Power filed a Notice of Intent to Withdraw
Application pursuant to Rule of Procedure 68. “Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission,
the notice is effective fourteen (14) days after filing.” IDAPA 31.01.01.068. The Commission
did not otherwise order. Rocky Mountain Power’s Application was withdrawn as a matter of law
as of January 22, 2021. Therefore, this case should be closed.
