Home My WebLink About19980210_1.docx MINUTE ENTRY Case No. GTE-T-97-8 Tariff Advice No. GTE-97-04 On January 27, 1998, the above-named tariff advice was presented to the Commissioners at the decision meeting on that date, by way of Wayne Hart’s January 22, 1997(8) decision memorandum (copy of which is attached). At said decision meeting Tariff Advice No. GTE-98-04 was approved that date; to be effective January 28, 1998. Since the filing has now been approved, the formal case may now be closed by way of this Minute Entry.
