On February 3, 1998, Regulated Carrier Division submitted the attached orders for Minute Entry approval. As set out in the note attached, these applicants filed for temporary authority after the close of the February 2, 1998 decision meeting. Regulated Carrier Division asks that these temporary permits be issued after approval by signed Minute Entry.
Therefore, we approve said applications for temporary authority this date and will sign the attached orders granting said authority to Mike Henson Trucking (M-8349-1) and Precision Pole Transport (M-8352-1).
