Comment: "My name is Kirk nickerson it seems so odd to me we are farming and losing money on
growing our produce we know with covid-19 things are worse we can't sell our crops and Rocky
Mountain power is going to increase our power bills. We are a small family farm and with these
increases and with whats happening in the world it might collapse our family farms Seems like an odd
