HomeMy WebLinkAbout20200327Press Release.pdf Case No. PAC-E-19-20 Order No. 34597 Contact: Adam Rush Office: (208) 334-0339 adam.rush@puc.idaho.gov BOISE (March 27, 2020) – The Idaho Public Utilities Commission is accepting comments until April 7 on an application from PacifiCorp to have its 2020 inter-jurisdictional allocation protocol approved. The company requested the Idaho Public Utilities Commission approve its 2020 protocol with an effective date of Jan. 1, 2020. PacifiCorp updates its inter-jurisdictional allocation protocol from time to time in response to changing state policies and updated depreciation schedules, among many other factors. Public comment is being taken up to April 7 on PacifiCorp’s application. Because of the Covid- 19 outbreak in the United States, the commission is encouraging comments to be sub mitted electronically. Those wishing to comment can do so via e-mail by visiting the commission’s home page at www.puc.Idaho.gov. Click on "Case Comment Form" under the "Consumers" tab, and complete the form using case number PAC-E-19-20.
