HAPPY VALLEY WATER SYSTEM
Attached hereto are tariffs and General Rules and Regulations for Small Water Companies, for the Happy Valley Water System.
Said tariffs and general rules and regs. have been prepared and submitted by Staff, as explained in Rose Schulte’s Memorandum, also attached.
After review of the matter, said attached tariffs and rules and regs are hereby approved with an approval date of 9-22-97 and an effective date of 10-1-97, dates set out in Commission Order No. 27142.
