It generates a small amount of power more than what I consume, I have a credit of $1070.85 with rocky mountain power. I called and ask them to send me the credit money, and they refused stating that it was against the IPUC rules. I then asked them to donate it to someone that was unable to pay their bill. They again refused stating that it was against the IPUC rules. Is this correct ??? My sole income is Social Security, so I sure could use this extra money ! Please let me know, and please help. THANKS Bob" " 04/30/2020 jn COMM, AV, KH, WEB
