Comment: First, nice of Rocky Mountain Power to send out information on this after the comment period has already
closed. My letter from them regarding this matter is dated June 26, 2019.
Second, Rocky Mountain Power signed an agreement with me that is good for about 16 more years; so how are they
able to phase that agreement out in 10 years? I am hoping you will have Rocky Mountain Power continue schedule 135
for those of us that already have signed agreements for the remainder of the original agreement.
Third, am I wrong that this is a bad deal for me as one of those suckers that stuck a bunch of solar panels on my roof?
That was a serious investment that I made based on schedule 135.
