Pursuant to Idaho Bar Commission Rule 227 ("IBCR 221") and Rules 19 and 43 of the
Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") Rule of Procedure (IDAPA 3l .01.01.019
and 31 .01.01 .043.03), the undersigned local @unsel, Yvonne R. Hogle, hereby petitions the
Commission for limited admission of Ajay Kumar, pro hac vice,inthis case.
Mr. Kumar certifies that he is an active member, in good standing, of the bar of the State
of Oregon, that he maintains the regular practice of law at the above-noted address, and that he is
