ELECTRIC SERVICE SCHEDULE 19I - CUSTOMER EFFICIENCY
SERVICES RATE; CASE NO. PAC-E-18-12
On November 9, 2078, Rocky Mountain Power ("Company") filed an Application
seeking authorization to decrease the collection rate applied to customer bills for energy
efficiency measures. The Company requests an effective date of January I ,2019.
THE APPLICATION
On March 2, 2006, the Commission approved cost recovery of demand side
management programs through Schedule l9l. Order No. 29952. The Company states that as of
September 30, 2018, the balance for Schedule 191 is over-collected by approximately $2.1
million. Application at2. The Company proposes to decrease the collection rate under Schedule
191 from 2.70 percentto 2.25 percent. Id. at3.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application and set a 21-day
intervention deadline. Then, direct Staff to confer with the parties about scheduling and
procedural matters.
