On October 23, 1997, L. A. Parkinson Trucking, Inc. applied for temporary motor common/contract carrier authority. Such applications are usually placed on the consent agenda portion of the Commission’s Decision Meeting Agenda, for its next regularly scheduled decision meeting.
Because the next Commission decision meeting is not until November 17, 1997 and the applicant has met all the requirements to be granted temporary IPUC authority, the Commission now approves said temporary authority by this signed Minute Entry.
