HomeMy WebLinkAbout19971027_2.docx MINUTE ENTRY MIDVALE SHORT-TERM DEBT Midvale Telephone Company has requested authority to convert an existing Rural Telephone Finance Cooperative (RTFC) line of credit to a short-term five-year loan. The conversion would be in the amount of $327,368. The interest rate will set at the time of closing at the then current market rate. The purpose of the loan would be to make improvements to Midvale’s Idhao and Arizona properties.   Said request was considered at the Commission’s October 27, 1997 Decision Meeting.  Terri Carlock brought the matter to the decision meeting. Her recommendation was  approval of the request; to be handled by Minute Entry rather than Order, which is what was requested by Midvale’s counsel, Conley Ward. Therefore, by this Minute Entry, we hereby approve the change to the source of borrowing as the RTFC credit line was previously approved. Dated at Boise, Idaho, this 27th day of October, 1997. ___________________________ PRESIDENT ___________________________ COMMISSIONER ___________________________ COMMISSIONER ATTEST: _______________________________________ COMMISSION SECRETARY
