On September 19,2018,Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association,Inc.(IIPA)filed a late
petition to intervene in the proceeding.On September 24,IIPA filed an amended late petition to
intervene.No one opposed IIPA's petition.Having reviewed the record,we conditionallygrant
IIPA's petition as follows.
FINDINGS
Commission Order 34129 set a September 14,2018 deadline for petitions to intervene.
IIPA filed its petition to intervene on September 19,2018.IIPA's petition is,therefore,untimely.
Untimely petitions to intervene are governed by Rules 71-75,IDAPA 31.01.01.071-
.075.Based on the record,we find that IIPA has shown good cause for the untimely filing,and
that it has a direct and substantial interest in this proceedingand will not undulybroaden the issues.
We thus find it reasonable to grant IIPA's untimelypetition to intervene on the condition that IIPA
not delay,disrupt,or undulybroaden the issues in this proceeding.We note that,per Rule 73,IIPA
is bound by all prior orders and notices issued in the case.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that IIPA's petition to intervene is granted on the
conditions specified above.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers
hereafter filed in this matter on all parties of record.This Intervenor is represented by the following
