Advice Letter No. 97-13
On October 3, 1997, Pacificorp dba Utah Power & Light Company filed an original and three copies of their Tariff Advice Letter No. 97-13. As set out in their letter of transmittal, UP&L has converted its tariffs from Word Perfect to Microsoft Word.
This filing entails reformatting changes only. The Company asserts that no changes to the text have taken place. Therefore Staff’s review was limited to those formatting changes. They recommend approval.  
The tariffs that will be replaced will be kept in-house and the new ones date stamped with an approval date of 10-17-97 and effective date of 10-15-97 (as requested by the Company). Should an error be found at a later date, the prior and current tariffs will be available for review.
