On May 3,2018,Rocky Mountain Power,a division of PacifiCorp ("Company")filed
Applications requesting authorityto sell and transfer certain electric facilities to the City of Idaho
Falls ("City"),and to supply electric service to locations at or near Pioneer Drive,Idaho Falls,
Bonneville County (Case No.PAC-E-18-03)and Nina Drive,Charla Drive,and Merlin Drive,
Idaho Falls,Bonneville County (Case No.PAC-E-18-04).
The Commission will conduct a telephonic public hearing related to these matters,as
described below.The purpose of the public hearing is to take testimony from customers and
other interested members of the public.Testimony will be made part of the Commission's
formal record.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a telephonic
public hearing in this matter on TUESDAY,AUGUST 21,2018,AT 2:00 P.M.MDT.To

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the telephonic hearing will meet accessibility
requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).Persons needing the help of a sign
language interpreter or other assistance in order to participate in or to understand testimony at a
public hearing may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance
at the hearing.The request for assistance must be received at least five working days before the
