Washington Boise, ID 83702 Re: CASE NO. PAC-E-18-01 IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER REQUESTING APPROVAL OF $7.8 MILLON NET POWER COST DEFERRAL WITH NO CHANGE TO RATES Dear Ms. Hanian: Please find enclosed clean and legislative copies of Rocky Mountain Power’s Electric Service Schedule No. 94 – Energy Cost Adjustment, along with a copy of the tariff to be stamped and returned to the Company after approval by the Commission. The Company’s original application in this matter recommended no change to Schedule 94 rates; however, as part of a settlement in Case No. GNR-U-18-01 - Investigation into the impact of federal tax code revisions on utility costs and ratemaking, the parties agreed to use a portion of the tax savings to offset the 2013 depreciation regulatory asset balance thereby enabling a reduction to Schedule 94. Informal inquiries may be directed to Ted Weston, Idaho Regulatory Manager, at (801) 220-2963.
