SUBJECT:ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER'S NEW WIND CPCN APPLICATION;
CASE NO.PAC-E-17-07
On November 3,2017,Rocky Mountain Power requested the Commission amend the
case schedule in this matter.Specifically,the Company requested that the technical hearing
scheduled for April 6,2018,be moved to commence on March 12,2018.The Company also
requested that the Company pre-file rebuttal deadline be moved to December 18,2017.The
April technical hearing date was erroneously given to the Commission,and was intended to have
been March 12,2018.
With regard to the rebuttal deadline,the Company conferred with all parties regarding
the extension;no objection was raised.Staff agrees that the technical hearing should be moved to
the March date,and as noted,does not oppose extendingthe rebuttal deadline.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to issue an order extending the deadline of Company Pre-
filed Rebuttal Testimony to December 18,2017,and changing the date of the technical hearing
to March 12,2018?
