On February 22,2018,the parties requested a modification to the schedule in the
above-captioned case.Specifically,the Company requested that the Commission approve
extending the Staff/Intervenor supplemental testimony deadline to April 4,2018;the Company
supplemental rebuttal deadline to April 25,2018;and rescheduling the technical hearing date to
May 10-11,2018.All parties agreed to these changes.
After noting that there is no opposition to the request,and that no harm will be caused
by the change,the request is granted.
ORD ER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Staff/Intervenor supplemental testimony
deadline is extended from February 16,2018,to April 4,2018;and the Company supplemental
rebuttal deadline is extended from March 2,2018,to April 25,2018.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the technical hearing scheduled for March 12,
2018,is vacated,and rescheduled to May 10-11,2018.
