On November 3,2017,the Company requested a modification to the comment
schedule in the above-captioned case.Specifically,the Company requested that the Commission
approve extending the deadline of Company Pre-filed Rebuttal Testimony to December 18,
2017,and changing the date of the technical hearing to March 12,2018.The Company conferred
with all parties prior to making this request,and no objection was raised.
After noting that there is no opposition to the request,and that no harm will be caused
by the change,the Company's request is granted.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the December 8,2017,pre-file rebuttal deadline is
vacated,and a December 18,2017,pre-file rebuttal deadline is set.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the technical hearing date is changed from April 6,
2018,to March 12,2018.
