Falls Water Company - Case No. FLS-W-97-1 - Order No. 27110
TARIFFS
On August 31, 1997 Falls Water Company faxed the attached tariffs to the Commission, requesting an effective date of September 1, 1997, as set out in Order No. 27110. Company indicated in said fax transmittal letter that the original signed copies would follow by Fed Ex Priority.
On September 2, 1997, Rick Sterling, Staff Engineer, reviewed the faxed tariffs and his Memorandum attached indicates that they comport with Order No. 27110 and he recommends approval with an effective date of 9-1-97.
Therefore, we hereby approve said tariffs this date - 9-2-97; effective 9-1-97.
