to file reply comments. Please be advised that last week, the attorney for the Applicant contacted me and advised that
the Applicant would not be filing reply comments in the case. I thus considered this matter ready for deliberation and
asked that it be identified as a fully submitted matter on the March 6,2017 agenda. l'd appreciate you placing this note
