Thank you for the letter from the Deputy Attorney General and worksheets dated May 12,2016
which provided the 201612017 updated prices for the adjustable portion of the avoided costs rates
for PacifiCorp contracts with 1992 amendments in accordance with Commission Order No.
29316.
PacifiCorp has reviewed the proposed prices and agrees that they have been updated correctly.
This letter serves as the Company's acknowledgment that the new schedules are accurate.
