83246 In regards to opening up schedule 23 and the recent Docket #PAC-E-16-07;the City of
(20$)776-5820 Lava Hot Springs would like to advocate to the Idaho Public Utility Commission that due
to the costs of electricity the city is In a difficult situation and would like to get some
FAX [phone] relief by increasing the cap on the net metering.The City of Lava Hot Springs believes
the Public Utility Commissions interpretation of the tariff is not appropriate for Lava and
there should be a modification for an increase in the allowed kilowatt production.

MAYOR Since at this time the docket is open,the City of Lava Hot Springs would like the Public
Utility Commission to take a second look at the docket and consider increasing the cap
CANDA L.DIMICK on the net metering to provide the city some relief and allow the city to direct funds to
CLERK-TREASURER .more immediate needs that could be taken care of if allowed to further offset their
electrical draw.
