Comment:As an advocate for fairness,I urge the IPUC to place no cap on rooftop solar.Many jobs in Idaho rely on the
freedom to offer solar PV solutions,and it is an unfair hardship on these small Idaho businesses to place an arbitrary
limit to their future sales.Please remove the cap on rooftop solar and allow Idaho businesses to operate without the
instability and burden caused by this unnecessary constraint.
