Yvonne and Ted,I’m writing for Neil to see if the Company would consent to postponing the proposed effective date for
this case (to adopt new credit risk measures for Schedule 10 irrigation customers)to early next week,say June 7.We
were not able to get the Order drafted and issued by your proposed effective date.I anticipate that the Order will be
issued next week so there will not be further delay.If the new effective date of next week is OK with the Company,you
can simple respond to this email.Please call me if you have questions.
